The Mind-Body Wellness Circle is a supportive, body-inclusive space designed for BIPOC women, femme-presenting, women-identifying individuals, as well as non-binary and trans folks who are committed to finding harmony between mind and body. Our group provides a nurturing environment where you can reconnect with your body, improve your emotional well-being, and build community.
This group is NOT a substitute for individual therapy or personal training, but a supplement to help you work towards holistic wellness.

Movement Therapy: Engaging, joyful, and mindful movement to help you reconnect with your body and release stress.
Unbothered Discussions: Thoughtful conversations led by a licensed mental health therapist, covering topics such as stress management, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Mindfulness & Relaxation: Guided relaxation techniques and mindfulness exercises to help you center your thoughts, reduce anxiety, and promote mental clarity.
Community Connection: Join a supportive group of like-minded individuals who value inclusivity, body diversity, and holistic wellness.

Virtual Sessions: All sessions are held virtually to make it accessible to participants from all locations. There will be occasional in-person workshops/gatherings offered!
Frequency: Weekly, 90 minute sessions.
Investment: Flexible payment options are available, starting at $35 per session, with sliding scale pricing for those in need.
Pricing:
We believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. To support individuals from all financial backgrounds, we offer a sliding scale payment system for our group sessions. Please select the tier that best fits your financial situation:
Standard Rate: $35 per session
This is the full rate for each session, helping us maintain the quality and sustainability of the program.
Supported Rate: $20 per session
For individuals with limited financial resources. If paying the standard rate would create a financial burden, this rate is available to help make the group more accessible.
Community Rate: $10 per session
This rate is intended for those experiencing significant financial hardship. We want to ensure that finances are not a barrier to participation.
How the Sliding Scale Works:
Standard Rate supports both your participation and helps subsidize others in need.
Supported Rate is for those who need some assistance but can contribute to their wellness journey.
Community Rate is designed for those who may not have the means to pay higher fees but still wish to engage in their mental and physical wellness.
Pay-It-Forward Option:
If you are in a position to do so, consider contributing more than the standard rate to help others access the group at a lower price. Your generosity helps build a stronger, more inclusive community.

The Mind-Body Wellness Circle is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Our movement sessions focus on joyful movement and connection, not performance or perfection.

That’s okay! Feel free to join one of our free introductory workshops to get a feel for the group. You can join our email list to get updates on those. We welcome anyone who is open to exploring wellness through movement and mental health support.

The Health at Every Size principles are central to our approach. We reject weight stigma, dieting culture, and focus on honoring your body as it is today. This group is about embracing your body and finding wellness at every size.

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and to have a water bottle nearby. It is not required that you have access to any fitness equipment. We'll make the best with what we got!
